IF YOUR PACKAGE IS STILL NOT FOUND, MAKE SURE TO REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE IMMEDIATELY TO FILE A CLAIM. Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of purchase. An exchange or refund will be offered for items received back within the return policy period.
Return item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to get a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mypressies.com and we will send you a complimentary label.
